He’s a true original – former circus owner and imagineer, dedicated to working with others to create a more ecological future, where everyone can thrive.
John will be joined by artist Rawley Clay – the founder and vision holder of Coed Hills to talk about building communities in the city, and in rural spaces.
John is the founder of the Bottega Project, and has a vision for how communities can come together to effect change on a personal and societal level.
He is an artist and maker who is passionate about giving others the opportunity to learn to build their own homes and healing spaces. He has studied process psychology and enjoys working with complexity and empowering others to learn to do more for themselves, and to create things of beauty.
His vision of the Bottega Project is to help others help combat climate change by working in local communities using micro housing to provide housing solutions for young people, that will be start in Cardiff. The Bottega Project will help create affordable housing, but also be a way for young people to be involved in co-creating their own solutions, to help themselves and help their communities too.
