Belfast born Mick is an eco-mindfulness practitioner. He uses loving speech and deep listening to help people connect to themselves and others, and is a student of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh. Mick is passionate about helping people reconnect to nature and the outdoors, as a way of improving health, happiness and wellbeing.

Mick McEvoy, (pronouns he/him), an Irish native, lives, works, and studies in the community of Plum Village, France, the community founded by Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh. Mick brings over twenty years of experience working with people, earth, and mindfulness practice to his management of the Plum Village regenerative farm known as Happy Farm and the Plum Village rewilding project.

The Plum Village farm and rewilding project welcomes hundreds of retreatants annually and combines mindfulness-based approaches with seasonal organic food production and regenerative land stewardship rooted in sacred ecology.
