Simon Heale
Simon is a core process psychotherapist and Buddhist, who is also inspired by practical therapeutic approaches to helping people recover after mental health crises.

Simon is a Psychotherapist with a special interest in community mental health. He is accredited by the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and holds a Masters Degree in Core Process Psychotherapy from the Karuna Institute in Devon, one of the first trainings to integrate mindfulness practices into its approach. In addition to working privately as a Psychotherapist, until recently Simon worked as the Assistant Director of The Centre for Better Health, a progressive mental health charity in Hackney.
Simon has taught meditation and mindfulness in Universities, schools, organisations and for individuals, and facilitated groups and individuals in the BigMind process and Voice Dialogue. He has been meditating for over 30 years and is an assistant teacher in the Zen tradition. Simon has experience in a wide range of modalities, learning and training in Depth and Archetypal Psychology, Embodied Relational Therapy, Ecotherapy and others.
